Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee industrial tank cleaning projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of specialized equipment and team management principles. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.

We are looking for a dynamic Traveling Site Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our projects around the country

.Key Responsibilities: -

Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of industrial tank cleaning projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, timelines, and quality standards.-

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate on-site teams, including technicians and subcontractors, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.-

Safety Compliance

: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety audits to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.- Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.-

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety inspections, and equipment usage. Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.-

Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize project disruptions and ensure completion within budget and schedule.-

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in post-project evaluations, providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions.

Qualifications: -

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial cleaning, environmental services, or a related field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.-

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications:

Valid OSHA certification and other relevant safety certifications.-

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions.-

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and technology, including vacuum trucks, high-pressure water jets, and confined space entry equipment.-

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended periods depending on project requirements.
