Environmental Compliance Analyst I

Assist clients in understanding and complying with current federal, state, and local environmental regulations related to air quality, water quality, and hazardous chemicals that are required. Examples of such regulations include 40 CFR 112 Oil Spill Prevention Plans, 40 CFR 60 Standard of Performance of New Stationary Sources, and EPCRA Section 311-312 Hazardous Chemical Storage Reporting.

Assist EnServ with up-to-date knowledge on pending legislation in order to help our clients better prepare for regulatory impacts.

Assist in the development of regulatory reports and documentation as required by environmental agencies.

Collect and analyze environmental data to support compliance efforts.

Develop and maintain databases to track compliance activities and outcomes.

Assist in the development of monitoring programs for environmental parameters.

Provide guidance and support to clients on environmental compliance issues.

Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on environmental regulations and best practices.

Assist clients in developing and implementing environmental management systems.

Assist clients in collecting, analyzing, and reporting sustainability and ESG data.

Assist in the development of industry and peer group benchmarking exercises.

Develop familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability programs.

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for improving environmental performance beyond regulatory requirements.
