Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door energy consultations with residential customers.

- Explain and enroll clients in green energy and renewable power programs.

- Represent Reignite Energy and our partner suppliers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Learn advanced communication, presentation, and leadership skills through field mentorship.

- Follow company policies, punctuality standards, and performance guidelines.

Compensation

- $700–$1,500+ per week average pay based on performance. - Base + Commission available after training period. - Top Performers: earn $2,000+ weekly.

- Bonuses: weekly and monthly based on team and personal achievements.

- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, outside sales, or door-to-door sales is helpful but not required.
