Entry Level, Representative Sales Manager

Position Overview:

As a Solar Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting sustainable energy solutions by leading a team of dedicated sales professionals in subscribing residential customers to local community solar farms, while also scheduling consultations for our rooftop installs team. You will be at the forefront of the green energy revolution, driving sales, fostering relationships within the community, and contributing to the reduction of carbon footprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Promote the benefits of community solar programs and educate potential customers about the advantages of subscribing to local solar farms.

Training and Development: Provide training to sales sales representatives enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities.

Sales Performance: Monitor and track individual and team performance, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure consistent growth in customer subscriptions.

Qualifications:

- Experience in direct, home service sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Some leadership experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.

- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required; high school diploma and experience required

Projected Total Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
