Bondhus Corporation, a worldwide leader in the hand tool industry, is seeking an Entry-level Machine Operator to work at the Monticello, MN facility.

Job details include:

· Produce parts to meet production standards (number and quality of pieces) including measuring for compliance standards & reading & interpreting spec sheets

· Set up, trouble shoot and perform minor preventative maintenance on production equipment in assigned work cell

· Documentation including defective materials reporting & part completion

· Must be safety focused & perform housekeeping as required

· Maintain positive, professional relationships and communications with co-workers, Supervisors, and others throughout the company

· Must be able to bend, stand, & lift 50 lbs

· Manufacturing & measuring tool experience a plus

Requirements:

· No experience required, will train the right person

· Bending, standing, & lifting up to 50 pounds

· Able to do repetitive work with good manual dexterity

· Good communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Team player

· Must pass a criminal background check & a non-marijuana drug screen

3rd Shift work schedule: Sunday – Thursday from 10pm – 6:30am

Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
