We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Landman with a Juris Doctor (JD) to join our team in Pittsburgh. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates who are interested in launching a career in land, energy law, and oil & gas operations. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support land acquisition, contract analysis, and regulatory filings—all while gaining exposure to the commercial and legal aspects of the energy industry.
This is a great opportunity to bridge your legal background with practical experience in the oil and gas sector. Based in Pittsburgh, this role offers real-world exposure to land operations, legal documentation, and energy project development within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. Incumbents must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting and standing. In the event that incumbent visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.
