Full job description:

We are hiring a Mineral Buyer/Oil & Gas Landman that is highly organized and self-motivated. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years sales/acquisition experience. Door to door, car sales, or cold calling experience is a plus. We are offering a small base, plus large commission structure.

Candidate Qualifications:

· Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Excel, & Google Sheets

· Strong verbal communication on the phone

· Ability to negotiate and close agreements

· Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including mineral rights is a plus

· Great work ethic and desire to stay motivated

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Communicate with team in finding and executing mineral right transactions

· Volume calling to generate leads

· Maintaining of records including calls, emails, leads and sales

· Manage relationships and contacts for potential future sales

· Assist in document preparation and organization
