Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Portfolio Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and investment strategies. The role will drive governance, financial controls, and decision-making processes across the project and program lifecycle, while guiding teams through a standardized enterprise framework. This position plays a key role in optimizing the value of organizational initiatives, maintaining portfolio visibility, and supporting senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
•Ensure project and program investments align with enterprise strategy, financial goals, and defined benefits from initiation through closeout.
•Guide project/program teams in the comprehensive development of business cases and ensure adherence to portfolio governance guidelines.
•Support and mentor teams through newly established governance processes, encouraging consistent methodology and communication.
•Deliver detailed portfolio-level reporting on financial control, resource allocation, change and risk management, and performance analysis.
•Compare planned versus actuals/forecasts to assess business impact, escalating risks or misalignments as needed.
•Lead reviews of initiatives that are off-track or misaligned with strategic goals, offering recommendations for corrective action or discontinuation.
•Contribute to the creation and ongoing refinement of a 10-year enterprise portfolio plan.
•Develop monthly and ad hoc reports and visualizations to communicate performance, trends, and variances in cost and schedule metrics.
•Continuously improve tools and processes to ensure portfolio data remains accurate, relevant, and valuable to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.
•Strong background in financial forecasting, reporting, and understanding of GAAP and plant accounting practices.
•Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and SharePoint preferred.
•Solid knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management principles, governance models, and strategic alignment.
•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, solve complex issues, and influence across multiple organizational levels.
•Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
•Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
•Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers and business leaders.
•Self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and value delivery.
Education & Certifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (required).
•Master’s Degree (preferred).

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
