This role is responsible for supporting IT and the organization with Enterprise Apps, Integrations, Middleware, and BI/Dashboard discipline. The incumbent will manage the health, changes, integrations, BI, dashboards, and data flows across enterprise apps like Maximo, OpenInvoice, Qbyte, PowerBI, Boomi(Middleware), and upcoming Data Fabric.
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Product ownership for integrations & enterprise apps (prioritize backlog, write tickets/specs, coordinate UAT, release).
- Build/maintain secure, observable pipelines (retries, idempotency, alerts, logging, dashboards).
- Partner with Finance/Operations/IT on OpenInvoice, Qbyte, Geologist app flows, cybersecurity solutions, and other enterprise apps; define data contracts & SLAs.
- Vendor oversight: clarify deliverables, test/accept, track issues, and control scope/cost.
- Documentation: diagrams, runbooks, KB articles, data dictionaries, change records (Jira).
- Guardrails: secrets/IAM, certs/keys, OAuth/service principals, environment segregation, and least privilege.- Inventory & document 80%+ of enterprise integrations (data contracts, schedules, owners, runbooks).
- Cut MTTR for failed jobs by 50% via monitoring/alerting & standardized recovery steps.
- Deliver and support production releases (e.g., OpenInvoice ↔ Maximo and Maximo ↔ Qbyte hardening) with proper change/release records.
- Stand up a lightweight integration SDLC: non-prod → UAT → prod, with approvals and audit trails (ITGC/CIS-aligned).
- Hands-on enterprise integration work (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, flat files, SFTP), SQL Server proficiency.
- Experience with at least one: Azure Data Factory/Fabric/Logic Apps/Functions, or iPaaS (Boomi/Mule/Power Automate).
- Production change/release practices (UAT, cutover plans, rollback), monitoring/alerting.
- Strong documentation habits; comfort working with auditors (ITGC, CIS IG1/IG2).
- Scripting for glue/automation (PowerShell and/or Python).
- IBM Maximo (admin, MIF), OpenInvoice (Enervus), Qbyte (P2).
- Power BI Service/Gateway, data modeling/CDC basics.
- Message brokers, API Management, Git.
- Exposure to OT/data historians helpful but not required.
