The Drafter works with the engineering group to create Computer-Aided-Design (AutoCAD) drawings in support of maintaining and upgrading systems and facilities under general supervision. The Drafter will participate in data gathering activities such as interfacing with internal clients, engineers, and other key personnel with relevant design inputs, as well as conducting walk-downs of existing facilities, systems, structures and components to aid in the creation of cost effective solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:* Associates, or technical degree in Computer-Aided-Drafting (CAD), or a similar science or technical field or a professional certification in drafting, construction design, architecture, or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:* Associates, or technical degree in Computer-Aided-Drafting, or a similar science or technical field.

Primary Functions* Uses computer-aided design (CAD) equipment or manual drafting to produce sketches and drawings with moderate supervision.
