Newmont North America operations are located in British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec with roles in operations, projects, and exploration. Regional Support is provided from our office in Vancouver.

Your Impact

Lead and implement automation projects, upgrades, and obsolescence mitigation for process control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS) across Greenfield and Brownfield mining sites. Ensure projects meet Newmont’s safety, technical, and operational standards while advancing innovation and sustainability.

You will be compensated with a base salary between 97,000-122,000, with an additional short-term incentive. The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity

The expected salary range for this role is CAD $ . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
