Hadron Energy specializes in Micro Modular Reactor (MMR) development, design, and research based in the San Francisco Bay Area. As the leading MMR developer, Hadron Energy is building factory-produced, transportable microreactors that provide 24/7 carbon-free power for data centers, government facilities, industrial sites, and remote communities. Our mission is to create a brighter, healthier, and more equitable energy future.
This is a full-time or part-time on-site internship
for engineering students interested in nuclear energy, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The
Engineering Internwill support Hadron’s multidisciplinary technical team across areas such as reactor design, thermal-hydraulics, regulatory analysis, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. This is a general application for our internship program and may evolve into a more defined project or role based on candidate interest and team priorities.
You will work directly with engineers, project leads, and company leadership to contribute to meaningful development efforts in advanced nuclear technology. Interns at Hadron Energy are treated as core team members and will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of microreactor development—from R&D to commercialization.
