Overview We are launching a new operation and looking for motivated, results-driven Commercial Energy Advisors to join our dynamic Commercial Sales Team (D2D–B2B). In this role, you will connect with potential clients through multiple channels to promote and sell an alternative to Time-of-Use meters. This is an Hourly + Profit Sharing opportunity. As the Ontario energy sector is highly regulated, compensation incentives are structured around compliance and quality standards. Responsibilities - Manage and expand our client base - Generate business by following up on your own leads and prospective clients - Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person - Track and manage leads effectively - Ensure all contracts fully comply with Ontario Energy Board (OEB) regulations - Identify client needs and present tailored solutions Requirements - Access to a smartphone, tablet, data plan, and a functional printer/scanner (Preferred) - Strong customer focus with a commitment to building long-term relationships - Skilled in negotiation and closing, while maintaining compliance - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Prospect, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients - Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals - Identify potential clients and deliver tailored solutions Compensation – Hourly + Profit Sharing This role combines an hourly wage with compliance-based profit sharing. Many of our agents earn well over $100,000 annually.
