Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, coachable, and driven individuals for our Energy Auditor role. This is the starting point for a long-term solar career, where you’ll learn the industry, sharpen your communication skills, and make a real impact — both financially and environmentally.

You’ll be responsible for conducting initial consultations, collecting utility data, and helping homeowners understand the benefits of going solar. No experience is necessary — we provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and a proven path to leadership roles.
