We are seeking a skilled Electronics/Manufacturing Technician with experience in small electronics, microcontrollers (STM32/ESP32), PCB assembly and electronics troubleshooting. This role requires quality output, precision handling, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and diagrams.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Final PCB assembly, rework as required (smd/thru hole), firmware upload/updates and functional product testing and verification
- Sensor modules and battery packs assembly
- Harnesses, connectors and necessary wiring assembly.
- Enclosures assembly with use of hand and power tools
- Helping the engineering team in prototyping and testing new embedded electronics.
- Proper handling of electronic equipment such as oscilloscopes, loads, multimeters, power supplies and soldering irons.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of product revisions, test procedures, and the results.
- Executing tasks in timely manner
- Collaborating with engineers to refine designs and provide feedback on manufacturability and reliability.
- Associate in electronics technology, technical certification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Fine motor skills, comfort in handling small parts and hands-on experience is a must.
- Proficiency in SMD soldering, pcb rework, wire harness fabrication, and PCB assembly.
- Proficient understanding of electronic components, circuits, and embedded hardware.
- Strong attention to detail, with commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with EDA tools (Eagle, KiCad, Fusion 360, EasyEDA).
- Familiarity with 3D printers, laser cutters, table top CNCs
- Hands-on experience with prototype builds and iterative hardware testing.
