Electrical Training Manager

LRE (Leeward Renewable Energy) is a high-growth renewable energy company forging a sustainable future through integrity, innovation, and positive impact. We own and operate 30 large wind, solar, and energy storage projects across the United States, totaling over 3 gigawatts (GW) of generating capacity.

LRE has an ambitious goal of 10GW of operating assets by 2028 and are developing and contracting an increasing pipeline of new projects every year. Job Summary

The Electrical Training Specialist will coordinate with affected O&M personnel to meet and maintain all their electrical-related training needs. Responsibilities will include management of LRE’s QEW (Qualified Electrical Worker) program, tracking and maintaining training programs and records, developing and leading classroom training, overseeing training initiatives and other tasks as required. As a leader, the Electrical Training Specialist will be responsible for ensuring LRE’s highest standards for electrical training, culture and policies are met and adhered to.
