Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on customer service and the ability to work with low voltage systems and logic controllers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and utilize AutoCAD for design purposes.
Duties
•
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in accordance with industry standards.
•
Troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.
•
Work with low voltage systems and logic controllers to ensure optimal performance.
•
Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify electrical schematics for various projects.
•
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
•
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to enhance system designs and functionality.
•
Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment to detect potential issues before they escalate.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.
Experience
•
Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or in a similar role within the electrical field.
•
Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and its electrical components is preferred.
•
Familiarity with low voltage systems, logic controllers, and their applications in industrial settings.
•
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
•
Experience using AutoCAD for designing electrical layouts is a plus.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues efficiently.
•
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
