Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department, in keeping with the instructions given by his/her supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to him/her to meet the project’s needs.
Operation: Integrated in the area of Renewable Energies Control Centre. To ensure the correct operation of the turbines by carrying out actions aimed at continuous improvement in operation processes.
Our Operators are provided with the tools, technology, and ongoing training to perform their duties efficiently. Operators will receive NERC and PJM training (confirming with Dylan what other type of training or else I will leave it generic) and certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Base Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 (salary equivalent $74,880 - $87,360) (based on experience, education, and skillset)
Certification Incentive Pay – Potential to earn an additional $5,400 annually by acquiring and maintaining the relevant certifications
