Electrical Superintendent

Mid-sized electrical contractor looking to hire a working superintendent that is capable to run 2-3 projects at once.

Types of Typical Jobs: Banks, gas stations, storage units, car washes, restaurants, misc government work and tenant buildouts.

Commercial Experience

Solid electrical skills and knowledge

Immediate opening available.

Customer orientated, good with people

Self-starter and self-motivated

Able to run a crew of electricians and helpers

Able to travel if needed

Positive attitude

Good driver with clean driving record, background check, and drug test

Brief job description:

Report directly to Project Manager

Lead 2-3 ground up and remodel construction projects at once

Lay out and plan for job tasks and materials

Read and understand blueprints

Coordinate manpower including hiring and firing

Work closely with customer to assure correct installation

Keep current with NEC and local electrical codes and safety regulations.

Available for overtime

Compensation package:

Bonus compensation for employees who's job are on time and budget

Position is hourly and is reviewed during the interview process
