Parker and Sons is currently seeking an Electrical Install Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electrical Install Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meeting and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.
Parker and Sons is the largest Home Service provider in the Phoenix Valley, and we are looking to bring on new team members to join our continually- growing Retail Team at 44 locations throughout the valley! Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
•Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth.
•Drive the Electrical Install department through training and development of the field technicians.
•Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, and safety awareness.
•Spot check crews in the field.
•Coach service technicians on how to execute jobs in the most effective way.
•Monitor and control call backs.
•Handle recent install recalls and failed inspections.
•Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
•High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
•Current TDLR Master or Journeyman License preferred
•Can NOT be a Responsible Master Electrician for another company.
•Valid Arizona Driver's License (clean driving record)
•Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
•An in-depth knowledge of Electrical systems
•Experience and knowledge of electrical and process systems for residential and commercial dwellings.
•Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced.
•Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive a team and company growth.
•Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle strict deadlines.
