We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer with a strong foundation in hardware design and a passion for building cutting-edge power electronics. If you're excited to design, build, and test real systems—and want to move fast with a world-class team—this role is for you.
- Develop schematics and printed wiring boards (PWBs) for high-performance power electronics systems
- Lead and participate in board bring-up, testing, and validation of designs
- Work on DC/AC inverter systems and other power conversion hardware
- Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to ship integrated products
- Take ownership of hardware designs from concept to production
- Support test automation, data analysis, and continuous design improvements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of industry experience in hardware design for power systems or embedded electronics- Proficient in schematic capture and board layout (Altium, KiCad, or similar)
- Familiarity with DC/AC inverter design, switching power supplies, and high-voltage systems
- Strong debug and testing skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
- Eager to learn, grow, and be mentored—while also stepping up to lead when needed
- Willingness to take calculated risks, fail fast, and iterate quickly
- Experience with FPGA firmware development (e.g., Verilog, VHDL)
- Familiarity with Python for automation or testing
- Programming experience in C or C++ for embedded systems- Ability to learn independently and contribute across disciplines
