What You Will Build:
•· Commercial Projects Large and Small
•· Warehouses Large and Small
•· Parking Garages both Remodels and Ground Up
•· Tenant Improvements of all sizes
Responsibilities & Duties:
•· Submit weekly updated three-week rolling schedules with labor projections
•· Monitor project budget and track hourly by means of cost coding
•· Coordinate all necessary work activities with General Contractor and Project Owners
•· Attend and interact in weekly jobsite coordination meetings
•· Identify and provide detailed sketches to pre-fab department
•· Effectively delegate work assignments to project leads and sub-contractors
•· Manage and encourage safe work practices
•· Ensure Personal Protect Equipment (PPE) is worn at all times
•· Effectively communicate jobsite conditions to the team
•· Ability to identify extra work beyond the contract scope
•· Track and manage all potential change orders to the contract
•· Inspect subcontractor’s installation for quality and functionality

Qualifications:
•· Active Commercial General Electrician State Certification
