We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Electrical Foreman/Supervisor who want to make an impact and build a career in a dynamic, employee-focused environment.
Electrical Foreman Responsibilities:
•
Lead and oversee assigned electrical crews and manage job site activities.
•
Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting systems, and electrical fixtures.
•
Supervise and mentor electrician assistants and apprentices.
•
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
•
Ensure compliance with NEC and local building codes.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
•
Ensure safety practices and OSHA standards are followed across the site.
Electrical Foreman Requirements:
•
MA Electrical License (NH License a plus).
•
Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman/Supervisor.
•
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and construction processes.
•
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•
Strong time management and attention to detail.
•
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
•
OSHA certification
•
Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
