ELECTRICAL CO-OP PROGRAM

Purpose: Partner with campuses with electrical programs to assist them with ensuring appropriate classroom training is provided to students to whom Thunder Basin Coal Company (TBCC) could provide part-time, on-the-job training, with the ultimate goal of developing candidates with the skills to be hired into an electrician role at TBCC.

Eligibility Guidelines:

Program:

+ Submission of grade report, with grade of C or better in each class + Submission of paid receipt + Requirements for Associate's degree in Industrial Electronics or similar program, with grade of C or better in all classes. + Successful performance in the on-the-job training at TBCC. Performance includes work quality and quantity, attendance, and other behavioral indicators such as communication, safety, teamwork, etc.
