Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am to 5pm | Must have some Saturday availability
- Assemble electrical switchboards and enclosures by following drawings, layouts, and instructions.
- Install electrical components such as switches, meters, breakers, sensors, and nameplates.
- Safely operate tools and equipment (hand tools, drills, pallet jacks, cranes, etc.) to complete daily tasks.
- Read and interpret technical documents to determine parts, methods, and sequence of work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following safety and quality guidelines.
- Accurately complete required paperwork, such as quality checklists.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, Required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 months of experience assembling electrical switchboards from drawings, Required.
- 1 year of experience in electrical apprenticeship, repair, or HVAC installation
- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Manual dexterity, steady hand-eye coordination, and ability to handle repetitive tasks with precision.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching required.
- Exposure to heat, humidity, cold, noise, electrical components, and occasional fumes or airborne particles.
- Must follow all safety procedures.
