Electrical Apprentice

Oakpark Powerline Services is seeking Electrical Apprentices to work on a Ground Rods project throughout Manitoba. This position will be directly supervised by a Journeyman Electrican.

Job Duties:

- Assisting in testing, inspecting, maintaining and installing ground rods

- Recording data using a tablet

- Trenching and installing new ground wire if needed

- Connecting the grounds, and recording final data

Requirements:

- Class 5 license

- Positive team mate

- This position will be home every night, however the company operates other work out of town. Ability to work out of town for future jobs is considered an asset.

- Enrollment as a registered electrical apprentice (Level 1 - 3)

The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal record check
