As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced electricians and attending scheduled apprenticeship classes. You’ll support the service team with installations, repairs, and safety inspections—following clearly defined processes and checklists to ensure the work is done right, every time.
You’ll also learn to document your work in our system, maintain your tools and truck, and communicate effectively with your team and customers.
- A strong work ethic and respect for following procedures
- Interest in electrical systems, tools, and hands-on problem-solving
- Willingness to learn and complete apprenticeship coursework
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license (for insurance eligibility)- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and navigate crawlspaces or attics
- You prefer task-focused work with clear direction
- You enjoy working independently, once trained
- You’re proud of being reliable, accurate, and consistent
- You want to grow into a skilled trade and be respected for your knowledge
- $16.00/hour starting pay
