- Support Universal Services in developing pilot campaigns/case study data collection for outreach method analysis

- Analyze pilot campaign/case study data and derive actionable results

- Conduct research on existing studies on Low Income customer behavior and PGW’s current programs

Data Analysis

- Utilize data visualization tool, internal customer, government provided, and public data to aid project analysis

- Help guide data collection parameters using PGW historical campaigns

- Critically analyze current practices and use data to suggest areas of improvement

- Conduct individually guided analysis on customer behavior, grant metrics, and/or policy improvement

- Map and organize data sheets through use of Excel

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree and/or currently enrolled in a graduate program for economics, statistics, math, data science or other related fields of study

- Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees

- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to delicate issues

- Organizational management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and usually under short deadlines

- Advanced Microsoft Excel Functions are a plus

- Financial or Economics experience is a plus
