Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our E-commerce team as an Ecommerce / Analyst Associate. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central Account, assist in data analysis, ensure product visibility, and help manage account performance.

- Assist in creating/managing listings, pricing, profitability analysis, inventory, and overall Amazon account health.
- Perform data analysis to track sales trends, conversions, and product performance.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards and Excel-based reports for internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, operations, logistics) to resolve listing issues, inventory gaps, or customer concerns.
- Monitor Amazon’s compliance guidelines and ensure account adhere to policies.
- Maintain accurate records, update product information, and ensure high-quality catalog management.
- Provide quick turnaround on time-sensitive tasks and respond to issues as they arise in real time.
- Stay updated on marketplace features, new tools, and competitor activities.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, data cleaning).
- Good with numbers and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to analyze data and interpret trends.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, tools, and processes rapidly.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Adaptable and able to handle frequent changes, new rules, and dynamic market conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically.

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or any related field.
- Freshers are welcome. Prior internship experience in e-commerce, data analysis, or digital marketing is a plus.
