Drone Pilot - Wind industry

We are looking for experienced drone pilots to help a leading robotics firm conduct inspections in the wind industry.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience inspecting industrial assets, comfortable with travelling across various states, and part 107 certification.

Start date: 24th March 2025

End date (or estimated end): Opened ended, work all season

Hotel: accommodation paid for by client.

Expenses: As agreed in writing by manager

Hours per week expected: 60 hours per week on site plus travel is expected subject to local labour laws

Rotations: 3 weeks work 1 week rest or 6 weeks work 1 week rest or straight work through. All subject to local labour laws and flexibility is necessary.

Location/locations: Travelling USA, mostly Texas

Qualifications needed: GWO First aid, Fire awareness, manual handling. A107 drone pilot training OSHA 10

Intervals of payment: Monthly

Notice period to end contract early: 7 days.

Insurance: Contractor to provide own insurance

Type of work offered: Freelance 1099 invoice client direct.

Provided by client:

· All tools, drones, software, reporting systems.

· All flights for mobilisations and rotations, vehicles, and accommodation
