Dishwasher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is an entry-level position.

Duties:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

- Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized

- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated storage areas

- Assist with food preparation as needed

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and appliances

- Empty trash containers regularly

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices is a plus
