Job Description Location: Fremont, CA. San Rafael, CA. Nashville, TN.

Nextracker is seeking a strategic and technically driven

to lead our rapidly evolving portfolio of foundation installation machines supporting NX Anchor™ and NX Earth Truss® systems. These systems use advanced hydraulic drilling, driving, and hammering technologies optimized for a wide range of soil conditions encountered in utility-scale solar installations.

This role will drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nextracker’s construction machinery product line, working closely with engineering, sales, supply chain, field operations, and EPC partners. The Director will ensure our equipment platform delivers unmatched performance in safety, speed, accuracy, and reliability—critical for project execution on complex terrains.

Pay Range (Applicable to California)

$240,000.00 - $270,000.00 dependent on level of experience
