Location: Maui, Hawai‘i (MUST ALREADY LIVE ON MAUI)
Company: Keani Hawai‘i – Modern Tropical Fashion for That Island State of Mind
Reports to: CEO & Founder
Join a Brand That’s Bigger Than Fashion
At Keani Hawai‘i, we believe fashion is more than clothing — it’s confidence, connection, and presence. What started as a handmade jewelry line on a kitchen table has grown into a multi-store, multi-million-dollar lifestyle brand rooted in aloha and built on excellence.
We design buttery-soft apparel, custom jewelry, and elevated everyday pieces that reflect the spirit of the islands — modern, intentional, and effortlessly feminine.
Our stores are places where women feel seen, celebrated, and inspired. And behind the brand is a founder-led team with heart, grit, and big dreams. As we prepare for our next stage of growth, we’re searching for the right operational leader to help us scale without losing soul.
About the Role
This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to help shape the future of a growing fashion and jewelry brand rooted in creativity, beauty, and purpose.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just great at operations — but energized by the idea of building something meaningful, leading with heart, and making a visible impact every day.
Keani Hawai‘i is a multi-location brand based on Maui with a mission to create confidence and connection through elevated, modern tropical style. As our Operations & Production Manager / Right Hand to CEO, you’ll step into a key leadership role — bringing structure, accountability, and flow to our team while helping drive sales, improve performance, and support our next stage of growth.
This is a frontline leadership position — perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves mentoring teams, and wants to be part of a values-driven company with soul.
In this role, you’ll ensure that:
•Store managers are leading effectively, motivated by clear expectations and support
•Sales associates are empowered to connect and convert, not just sell
•Merchandising is intentional and elevated, reflecting both brand and business goals
•Every customer touchpoint feels like an experience — not a transaction
•Sales performance is consistently improving, with action steps, data, and follow-through
What You’ll Oversee & Improve:
- Retail Store Operations (3 Maui Locations)
•Support and develop store managers to meet daily and monthly sales goals
•Monitor staffing, schedules, and payroll budgets across all locations
•Elevate the in-store experience through coaching, merchandising, and operational flow
•Track conversion rates, sales per hour, and traffic trends — and take action when needed
- E-Commerce & Fulfillment
•Oversee Shopify inventory, product launches, and campaign timing
•Ensure online orders are shipped on time and accurately, working with the warehouse team
•Support customer service quality and ticket resolution systems
•Keep website updates, product tags, and promotions in sync with marketing
- Jewelry Production & Buying
•Oversee local jewelry production and casting vendor timelines
•Assist with pearl selection, component buying, and restocking store-ready inventory
•Manage inventory of findings, chains, and raw materials
•Support product flow and merchandising for both stores and online
- Product Development & Inventory Management
•Track monthly delivery schedules for apparel and accessories
•Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time shipments and accurate POs
•Monitor sell-through, reorders, and markdowns in collaboration with the buying team
- Team Leadership & Operations Rhythm
•Run weekly reporting and leadership meetings with action steps and clear ownership
•Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews across departments
•Create clarity across teams so everyone knows their role, priorities, and progress
•Be the founder’s right hand — solving problems, leading initiatives, and creating calm
What We're Looking For:
•5+ years in operations, retail leadership, or multi-department management
•Strong people skills — you coach, delegate, and hold people accountable with kindness
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems before they grow
•Tech-comfortable with tools like Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace, Go High Level, Notion, etc
•You love fashion, jewelry, and helping a meaningful brand grow from the inside out
•You want your work to matter — and you’re ready to help build something special
Compensation & Benefits
•Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 depending on experience
•Bonus Potential: Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to sales and execution milestones
Perks:
•Health, Dental, and Life Insurances
•A creative, inspiring, and values-driven culture
•Opportunity to grow with the company into an even higher level leadership role in a founder-led brand
