Position Overview

The Director of Distribution – Power Delivery

will provide strategic and operational leadership for our distribution construction crews in

. This role is central to how Gridco delivers for our customers every day — ensuring that the right people are in the right place, at the right time, with the right mindset.

This individual will oversee the performance, development, and deployment of General Foremen and line crews, while serving as the key operational interface with our utility partners.
