As our Director, you’ll be at the heart of innovation — developing cutting-edge strategies for power supply, transmission, rates, and member programs. You'll lead a high-performing team and work across departments to uncover new business opportunities that support a smarter, cleaner energy future.
Anticipated hiring pay is between $143,800.00 - $188,790.00. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 14% based on company performance.
