The Director of Capital Investments will lead the financial evaluation and strategic oversight of capital investments and acquisitions, ensuring robust analysis, governance, and alignment with corporate objectives. This position will serve as a key partner to business units and executive leadership by providing insights on deal performance and capital allocation.

- Ability to analyze situations effectively and make well-thought-out decisions
- Strong teamwork skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Oversee analysis and financial modeling (NPV, IRR, payback, accretion/dilution, synergies) for capital projects and acquisitions
- Partner with the Business Units on deal flow, deal analysis, due diligence coordination, post analysis
- Participate in post investment review, partners with the Business Units to conduct project performance reviews vs. original assumptions (cost, benefit, timeline)
- Evaluate capital structure impacts, financing methods
- Trusted resource for ELT on overall capital allocations
- Maintain a capital portfolio view of all in-flight and planned projects. Provide regular capital forecasts and variance reports, enable visibility via reporting / dashboards
- Maintain investment approval workflows and documentation. Facilitates capital review and acquisition approvals
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested
- Manage a team of 2-3 direct reports
- Collaborate effectively with Business Units, Strategic finance business partners, tax department and Legal.

- We conduct in-person and virtual interviews.- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of proven success in capital investment & development required (7+ years with an advanced Finance degree preferred).
