This position oversees business service functions, including Procurement, Facilities, Records and Document Control, Business Analytics, and Technical Writing, ensuring operational capabilities fulfill organizational requirements. The position holds responsibility to manage initiatives and to optimize processes to enhance the efficiencies and effectiveness of the organization. Position works closely with TRISO-X leadership and X-energy Corporate resources to develop strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with the organizational mission, vision, and strategic objectives.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

- Work with X-energy Corporate and TRISO-X to implement corporate requirements in Procurement and Facilities, fostering a collaborative team

- Direct and achieve organizational goals and results. Reporting responsibility is a solid line to X-energy Corporate and dotted line to TRISO-X.

- Establish strategic direction for the TRISO-X Business Services functions, refining short term goals, objectives, and priorities while aligning with the overall strategic vision.

- Implement and maintain key performance indicators to assess effectiveness of support services activities.

- Participate in cross-functional teams to facilitate and improve X-energy Corporate and TRISO-X processes.

- Serve as an internal stakeholder and internal point of escalation for on-time, on-budget delivery of services to internal operations and projects.

- Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in the all forms of communication.

- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in business management, information technology, supply chain, or a related field or comparable professional experience.

- Ten years of experience in information technology engineering, production operations, architecture, and/or technical management is preferred.

- In-depth understanding of information technology processes and best practices, including ITIL service delivery, secure mobile device and endpoint system management, cloud platforms, server virtualization that best support the requirements of US Government and highly regulated industry customers.

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.). Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives.

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$147,900- $246,500. The compensation for this position is comprised of base salary plus an annual short term incentive which is variable, based on scope of responsibility and achievement of goals.
