We’re looking for a Director, Gas Operations to join our team in Henderson, Colorado. The Director is responsible for executing a growth strategy, achieving profit goals, overseeing and developing a safety culture, operations excellence, and business development in an assigned area or territory with responsibility for a project and/or customer.

- Wage: $190,000 - $220,000 annually, paid semi-monthly

- Champion and own safety by modeling behaviors, maintaining a drug-free work environment and performing corrective action when appropriate.
- Serve as a visible single point of contact with customers and develop strategic partnerships/relations with subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee the execution of field deliverables according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
- Manage the planning and executing of projects and contracts by organizing work methods and developing schedules.
- Oversee the financial components including the development of and execution of revenue growth goals, cost control measures, delivery of margin expectations, and reporting.
- Manage and develop employee relations.
- Manage and operate the business through the company’s core values.
- Take direction and execute the company vision for the division.
- Lead and build a strong team culture
- All other duties as assigned
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive results in utility or infrastructure projects.
- Project & Financial Management: Skilled in planning, budgeting, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Safety & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety standards and DOT/OSHA regulations.
- Customer Relations: Excellent communication skills with experience managing client relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to set goals, grow the business, and align with company vision.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using project management tools, financial systems, and reporting software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
