The Director, CCI Solution Planning & will lead and own the planning, operational, and financial performance efficiency of Qcells’ CCI Solutions. With a proven track record of success in managing complex operations within the solar industry, this role will oversee a dynamic team fulfilling various functions crucial to our CCI business, including sales strategy, operation analysis, project coordination, demand planning, and customer relationship management. This position reports to the VP of CCI Solutions or another member of senior management that the President of the Company may designate. This position will be based out of our Teaneck, New Jersey office.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with Qcells’ business objectives and trends of the Module market and customers; set and manage business goals for the US market and monitor overall performance.
- Lead or oversee opportunities for growth and expansion in the CCI sector; drive initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Oversee sales data analysis, various reports to top executives, including global CEO, performance metrics, and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making; develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance in executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue generation.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team; partner with cross-functional teams to create synergy by optimizing lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure alignment of project sales activities with overall sales objectives and customer requirements; support the development of customized solutions, proposals, and presentations to meet the needs of CCI clients.
- Monitor market dynamics, demand drivers, and industry trends to optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and improve fulfillment efficiency; adjust forecasts and mitigate risks.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in CCI (Commercial, Community & Industrial) sales operations, with a strong track record of leadership and team management,with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas and organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong command of analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, metrics, and KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
