Ellefson Off Highway, a mining and construction equipment parts and component reseller based in Iron, Minnesota is looking for a Full-Time, On-Site Marketing Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage our target market and enhance our overall brand presence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Media Manager located in Iron Junction, MN. The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for media planning, digital strategy, social media marketing, digital media, and digital marketing on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Oversee print advertising initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for our website (WordPress).

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

• Build strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance advertising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, e-commerce, and print advertising.

• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management within a marketing context.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to think creatively while also being data-driven in decision-making processes.
