Impresa Modular Charlotte is a leader in modular home construction, delivering innovative and customized housing solutions. We are committed to expanding our digital presence and are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to help drive our social media and content strategy.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to spearhead our content creation efforts and grow our online presence. The intern will play a key role in developing and managing content for our Social Media platforms, with the goal of increasing engagement and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, understands social trends, and wants hands-on experience with a fast-growing, purpose-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Create and publish engaging, high-quality content for Facebook to achieve a follower goal of 1,500

§ Launch and manage the company’s YouTube channel

§ Organize existing photo and video content into a structured, searchable content library

§ Plan and create content for multiple YouTube playlists tailored to target audiences to reach a subscriber base of 1,000 (e.g., home tours, construction process, customer testimonials, FAQs)

§ Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with branding and campaign goals

§ Track performance metrics and provide weekly progress reports

§ Stay up to date on industry trends and content best practices

Qualifications:

§ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

§ Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook and YouTube

§ Proficient in video and photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)

§ Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

§ Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

§ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet growth milestones.

§ Experience with social media analytics is a plus
