About the job and your team
The Die Set Up is responsible for gathering, managing press schedules,
loading/removing, cleaning, transporting and documentation for all tooling for the Die Repair
department
Night shift has a $1.75 per hour differential
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Pull all correct tooling for press schedules and supply them to the correct Press /
location
Remove all used tooling from presses and separate tooling for caustic / storage
Load used tooling into boil out tanks
Removed boiled out tooling from caustic tanks, rinse, dry
Shot blast all dies from caustic cleaning and transport into die repair shop
Number and put away all polished and stored with alloy tooling back into the correct
rack / location
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measureMust be able to work cohesively in a team environmen
