Derrickman/Pithand

The Pithand is responsible for executing the day to day operations withing company guidelines and polices safely and efficiently as directed by the senior rig personnel. The Pithand participates in a variety of activities in maintaining, repairing, cleaning and operating rig equipment. There may be times when the employee is required to perform task other than specified here. The Pithand works under the supervision of the Driller but reports to the ToolPusher. 2 years experience working on drilling rigs is required plus atleast 1 year experience in Derrickman/Pithand position. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Housing is available

Valid Safeland/Pec, CPR, Fit Test, H2s Clear is a plus but not required. Will send to training class as needed.
