Derrick Digger Truck Operator - Utilities

We believe our success comes from appreciating, supporting, and empowering our employees. We are currently recruiting for one highly-motivated individual to join our team as a Derrick Digger Truck Operator, based out of Calgary Alberta.

Responsibilities for this position include:

- Operating derrick digger truck safely and efficiently.

- Picking up various utility construction material and delivering to worksites.

- Performing daily safety and maintenance checks.

- Complete routine fueling and maintenance.

- Advising the Supervisor of any requirements for maintenance or repair.

- Assisting other crew workers as required.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications:

- Must be living in Calgary area or willing to relocate prior to starting position.

- Must possess a valid class 1 or 3 license.

- Minimum 3 of experience driving heavy trucks.

- A relatively clean drivers abstract.

- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

- Adherence to company Health, Safety, & Environmental policies.

- Knowledge in basic repairs considered an asset.

- Safety conscious.

- Detail orientated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$34.00 per hour

Experience:

- Heavy Truck Driving: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 or 3 License with air brakes (required)
