Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties

•

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris

•

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed

•

Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision

•

Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks

•

Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety

•

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site

Requirements

•

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required

•

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks

•

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

•

Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments

•

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus

•

Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic
