Job Summary

The Process Manager is responsible for developing the process support plan and providing oversight to the process team to timely and accurately document, map, execute, and support Operations and Maintenance Service Agreements for all of Energy Delivery. This role makes decisions to ensure delivery of short, medium, and long-term assignments of moderate and advanced complexity, prioritizing tasks and making project assignments for the process team. The Process Manager directly manages Process supervisors to oversee the development of all Process team members, while working to build and sustain collaborative relationships across the entirety of the Energy Delivery organization, individual Business Units, internal partners (including Legal, FERC/RTO policy, and Interconnection Services), and external partners (including regulators, RTOs, and other utilities).

$132,562.00-172,331.00 USD

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
