Overview:

PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting delivery drivers for our Tioga, Pa facility.

Hours are M-F 7AM-3:30PM and you are home daily!!!

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

you will be responsible for performing a range of warehouse and driver duties. You will handle tasks like receiving, storing, distributing materials and maintaining inventory compliance. You will also be responsible for operations like shipping, loading, and unloading. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing warehouse equipment and systems, and will have supervisory like responsibilities for other warehouse and driver staff.

Some duties may include but not limited to:

•

Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations

•

Follow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routes

•

Safely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is required

•

Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely manner

•

Provide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearance

•

Ensure orders and documentation received are accurate

•

Ensure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate management

•

Maintain valid commercial driver’s license, endorsements and DOT physical card

•

Coordinate and receive bulk and package product at the facility.

•

Ship and Receive package deliveries using outside carriers.

•

Log appropriate information into tracking system.

•

Sample and test all applicable inbound bulk products.

•

Review time cards daily for approval.

•

Review all PTO requests from direct reports.

•

Work with dispatch to schedule following day routes.

•

Print and organize paperwork for following day routes for all deliveries.

•

Ensure drivers have what they need for following day.

•

Manage branch overtime.

•

Complete LSW forms daily.

•

Perform Gemba walks weekly.

•

Peform SIF Monthly.

•

Maintain all equipment at the facility.

•

Ensure all trucks have current regulatory paperwork.

•

Make deliveries as needed.

•

Manage all open orders.

•

Ensure all previous day delivery paperwork is submitted to billing daily.

•

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What You’ll Need:

•

A class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements

•

A DOT medical card

•

At least one year of experience

•

The ability to drive a manual transmission [if applicable]

•

Good customer service skills

•

A HS Diploma or GED
