Job Overview: Part Finishing Technicians play an active role in our organization, ensuring every part we produce looks exactly the way our customer wants it to.
Our ideal candidate would possess the following traits: Attention to detail, creative mind, artistic talent and the ability to work with your hands. All of these are a definite plus, but not a requirement. We are willing to train the right person.
This individual will take cast urethane, 3D printed items, machined plastic or metal, and finish the parts to meet customer requirements. These functions include taking responsibility for the quality of the part, understanding all part detail and customer requirements.
With the possibility to advance within the organization, we are looking for a team player who never misses the fine details on a project, can prioritize on the fly, and takes pride in their work.
· Sanding, polishing, and other advanced finishing techniques on both urethane/silicone castings and 3D printed parts to meet project specific requirements
· Use various hand and power tools to finish parts to customers specification
· Must be able to read and understand decimals and fractions.
· Accurately measure and record important details of each job
This job operates in a manufacturing environment in Liberty Lake, Washington. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of conditions. From time to time, the noise level in the work environment can be loud.
We are AS9100D Certified and ITAR Registered
