Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and managing documentation in our internal systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, familiarity with databases and ERP systems, and excellent organizational abilities to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Input and update data into databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy.
- Perform data collection and order entry tasks to support administrative functions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data retrieval, and record management.
- Ensure data accuracy by reviewing entries for errors or inconsistencies.
- Support office operations through efficient data management and administrative tasks.
- Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems.
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
