We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

- Review information for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies.

- Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

- Retrieve data as requested by team members or management.

- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

- Protect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Strong communication skills.
